Ingredients

  • •t500g minced lamb

  • •t1 onion, grated

  • •t3 garlic cloves, minced

  • •t1 tsp cumin

  • •t1 tsp coriander

  • •t1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • •t1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • •tHandful fresh parsley, chopped

  • •tSalt and pepper to taste

  • •tFlatbread and tzatziki to serve

Directions

  • Combine lamb, onion, garlic, spices, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Divide into 8 portions. Shape each around a skewer into a long sausage shape.
  • Chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Grill over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with flatbread, tzatziki, and fresh salad.
