•t1 onion, grated
•t3 garlic cloves, minced
•t1 tsp cumin
•t1 tsp coriander
•t1/2 tsp cinnamon
•t1/2 tsp chilli flakes
•tHandful fresh parsley, chopped
•tSalt and pepper to taste
•tFlatbread and tzatziki to serve
Directions
- Combine lamb, onion, garlic, spices, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Divide into 8 portions. Shape each around a skewer into a long sausage shape.
- Chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
- Grill over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with flatbread, tzatziki, and fresh salad.
